My husband and I have been married for four years. Although we have been through a couple of tough times, the majority of our relationship has been quite amazing (and if we didn’t have those few tough times, we wouldn’t appreciate all of the good times as much as we do). When people say that a marriage takes work, I feel that they are correct. However, the part that many people leave out of this statement is that if you do put in the work, you have the opportunity to experience a marriage that is wonderful and better than anything else you have ever had in your life.

I think one of the most important parts of the “marriage work” is keeping things fresh. If you let yourselves get bored and set in your ways, it’s going to be hard to keep that spark for each other going. Therefore, I always like to keep our relationship on its toes. That’s exactly why I planned a trip for my husband and I a couple of months ago. I surprised him with the trip, and as I was planning it, I made sure to find lots of things that we could do together, along with a couple of things that I knew he would absolutely love doing while we were there.

I’m the type of person who likes to make things as easy as possible on myself. If I know that there is something available which will make a task easier for me to complete, I will definitely use it without hesitation. So, as soon as I started to realise how useful the Internet was several years ago, it should come as no surprise that I started to use it on a really regular basis.

The thing that I love about the Internet is that when I use it to purchase something or make a reservation, not only is it a convenient time saver for me, but it also helps me to save money on whatever I am buying or reserving. If you are interested in hearing about a specific example of this, the most recent one that comes to my mind is the Manchester airport car rental I reserved last week. I’m taking a trip there in two weeks, and I knew that I wanted a car rental to use for transportation. With the help of the Internet, I was able to quickly compare prices on all of the available rentals. Once I saw all of the available options, I picked the lowest price, and then completed the rest of the reservation right on my computer!
